Major Research Achievements
Mainly engaged in applied/fundamental research in the fields of (1) Surface modification of biomedical metallic materials; (2) functional dressings; (3) bacterial cellulose-based tissue engineering scaffolds; (4) applications of traditional Chinese medicine extracts in tissue repair. In recent years, served as principal investigator for 11 projects. To date, has published more than 30 papers as first/corresponding author and been granted 11 invention patents.
