Research Interests

1. Design and synthesis of new conducting polymer materials, and their application in electrochromic devices.

2. Design and preparation of functional hydrogel materials and devices, and their application at bioelectronic interfaces.

Major research achievements

My main research focuses on the design and preparation of functional hydrogel materials and their application in bioelectronic interfaces. In recent years, I have served as a key team member on 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and 10 provincial/ministerial level projects. Currently, I have published 12 papers as the first author or co-first author, including 3 cover articles, and have been granted 5 invention patents. I have previously received the National Scholarship for PhD/ Master’s Students (top 2%), the Southern University of Science and Technology Outstanding Graduate (top 10%), and have been awarded Best Oral Presentation and Outstanding Poster honors multiple times at academic conferences such as the International Conference on Bionic Engineering, China Materials University, and the International Conference on Advanced Fibers and Polymer Materials.
